PATH 2 | FOR OPERATORS
The work your team repeats every day is a system waiting to be built.
We connect your tools, automate the handoffs between them, and put the numbers where you can see them, so your operation runs on rails instead of memory.

./workflow-automation
Workflow Automation
The repetitive work between your tools (copying, forwarding, updating, chasing) becomes a pipeline that runs itself. Built on Zapier, n8n, or custom code, whichever the job actually needs.
./integrations
Integrations & APIs
Your CRM, billing, messaging, and back office talking to each other reliably, including the systems without an off-the-shelf connector. Twilio, Telnyx, Resend, and direct API work.
./ai-agents
AI Agents & Chatbots
Assistants that answer from your own data, qualify inbound leads, and hand off to a human at the right moment, with guardrails, logging, and a clear escalation path.
./dashboards
Internal Dashboards
The numbers your team checks every morning, in one place and current. Built with Next.js and Supabase instead of another spreadsheet that drifts out of date.

Globe Life: a recruiting pipeline that used to run on spreadsheets
Globe Life recruits independent life insurance agents. Every step, from booking an intro call to inviting a new hire, was a recruiter manually texting, calling, and updating a spreadsheet. We replaced that with three connected automations.
01 · reminders
Meeting reminders
A Calendly booking triggers an n8n workflow that calculates the exact wait until the meeting and fires SMS reminders through Telnyx at 24 hours, 12 hours, 60 minutes, and 10 minutes out.
02 · onboarding
New-hire invites
When a recruiter approves a candidate, a second workflow provisions their record and sends a welcome text to the whole team automatically. No one has to type it.
03 · follow-up
Stalled-lead recovery
A scheduled job checks for candidates who've gone quiet and has AI draft the follow-up email, so nobody falls through the cracks.
Result: recruiters got back roughly 10 hours a week they used to spend manually texting leads and keeping spreadsheets current. Live at glonboarding.com.
